Job Title: Account Growth Strategist

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing major accounts, with technical experience in cybersecurity and excellent analytical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
  • Help clients develop growth plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
  • Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the client's organization.
  • Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) with key accounts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
