Job Title:
Revenue Growth StrategistThe Regional Lead is a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through the execution of an annual business development strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with potential clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and formulating action plans to manage sales deviations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and monitor performance against sector-wise objectives
- Monitor contract deviations and implement aggressive sales strategies to meet quotas
- Secure profitable business contracts for Food Services within large manufacturing accounts nationwide
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to meet quarterly revenue goals
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the B2B sector
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
