Job Description:
The Senior Revenue Strategist is responsible for leading revenue management initiatives to maximize profitability across our hotel portfolio. This key role involves analyzing market trends, optimizing room rates and inventory, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room rates and occupancy
- Collaborate with hotel teams to optimize inventory and pricing decisions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Presents revenue management recommendations to senior leadership team
- Analyzes and reports on revenue performance using advanced analytics tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
