Revenue Growth Strategist

A seasoned revenue growth strategist is required to lead a high-performing team and drive business expansion through effective P&L planning, e-commerce industry expertise, and strong analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for revenue growth.
  • Manage key business metrics, including GMV, conversion rates, gross margin, and average sale price.
  • Drive the execution roadmap of the commerce business to ensure store becomes a critical part of CRED's revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize funnel metrics resulting in improved user engagement and higher ROI for merchant partners.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in core revenue (P&L) planning function in e-commerce industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Structured thinking and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to link various aspects of the business and understand correlations between metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
