
Regional Revenue Growth Strategist

As a senior leader, you will own the revenue of a region and drive business growth through effective management of critical metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic input to business decisions through qualitative analysis and in-depth quantitative insights.
- Develop, motivate, and manage a team of city managers (Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs etc) on a daily basis.
- Establish an ecosystem for successful design experience, benefiting both internal teams and customers.
- A degree in architecture or a comparable field (B.Arch or MBA). Relevant industry experience is essential.
- Typically 6-7 years of experience in operating roles managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills to convey business needs effectively.
