This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy for the region, focusing on membership development and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic planning - creating and executing plans to achieve regional growth objectives
- Membership expansion - undertaking activities to promote and grow membership in the region
- Business development - identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support regional growth
- Collaboration and partnership - building relationships with key stakeholders to drive regional growth
- Analysis and reporting - providing regular analysis and insights to inform regional growth strategies
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of strategic planning and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
- Fluency in multiple languages (both written and spoken)
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
