Sales and Revenue Operations Senior Analyst

Drive strategic initiatives to optimize revenue growth and maximize business impact. This senior role involves coordinating complex sales strategies, advancing sales enablement, and delivering data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute advanced sales and revenue processes, including lead-to-opportunity workflows, forecasting models, and customer upsell strategies.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover strategic insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and revenue trends.
  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and predictive models using tools like Power BI, Python, and Pandas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute high-impact sales and revenue strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, sales enablement, or revenue/sales operations, with 3+ years in a SaaS or industrial technology environment.
  • Proven track record of coordinating complex strategic initiatives, optimizing revenue processes, and delivering impactful sales enablement programs.
  • Extensive experience with advanced data analysis tools and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in sales enablement strategies, tools, and content management.
  • Understanding of Oil and Gas, Refining, Midstream, Petrochemical, or similar Heavy industrial sectors, SaaS revenue models, and digital transformation trends.
