Growth Manager – B2B SaaS
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, scale customer acquisition, and optimize conversion strategies for our AI-powered platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Create and optimize marketing funnels for seamless user journeys from awareness to conversion.
- Own and optimize SEO and SEM strategies for improved organic traffic and paid campaign performance.
- Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage and grow social media channels for increased engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experiments for enhanced campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with business goals.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/Marketing automation platforms.
- Experience running and optimizing A/B tests and CRO strategies.
- Ability to manage and optimize performance marketing budgets efficiently.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities.
