We are seeking an experienced professional to drive profitable growth through strategic account management and client relationships.
The ideal candidate will manage key enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. They will foster deep client relationships through consistent communication, site visits, and strategic engagement.
- Account Management: Manage full profit-and-loss responsibility for assigned accounts, including forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic account development—identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Communication: Build strong relationships with internal teams (finance, delivery) to resolve billing discrepancies, minimize financial risks, and maintain profitability.
This role requires a proven track record in growing enterprise accounts and achieving financial targets. A strong understanding of business goals, organizational structure, and pain points is essential. Regular travel for client meetings and reviews is required.

- Achievement of assigned revenue and margin targets
- Growth in account revenue (YoY, QoQ)
- New services/revenue streams activated per client
- Client satisfaction scores (CSAT, NPS)
- Frequency of client site visits and engagement quality
