About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business expansion in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue in this emerging market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan aligned with our global business unit and regional strategic objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Indian market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian medical device market, including regulatory requirements and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
