Job Overview:

The Area Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales activities in the assigned area. This involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, ensuring sales targets are met, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Train and mentor sales representatives in the area

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

About this Role:

This full-time position is based in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and be able to drive results in a dynamic environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹12,50,000 - ₹20,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
