
School Partnerships Specialist

The role of a Platform Success Executive is to foster strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city, ensuring seamless integration of their classes into our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with schools and activity providers.
- Conduct thorough onboarding sessions with schools to explain the platform's features and gather accurate information about their classes.
- Verify class schedules, fees, and other details through phone and WhatsApp conversations.
- Engage with parents who have submitted inquiries, seeking feedback on their experience and providing support as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and feedback efforts.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
- A friendly, empathetic, and confident demeanor when interacting with clients via phone and WhatsApp.
- Ability to follow established processes, utilize templates, and update basic records.
- Capacity to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Familiarity with using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools (training will be provided for the latter).

What We're Looking For:
Candidates with prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles are preferred.
