Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure seamless delivery of workforce solutions.
- The primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Understanding client requirements, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies to deliver suitable solutions.
- Collaboration with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfilment of client needs.
- Driving client satisfaction through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and issue resolution.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling staffing services.
- Developing client-specific engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintaining and presenting reports on account performance, hiring trends, and client feedback.
- Staying updated on labour market insights, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Hiring Strategy: Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet client requirements.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of workforce solutions.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and develop plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
