Job Description

As a strategic partnership leader, you will drive the company's growth by fostering alliances with key stakeholders in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute zone-specific business plans aligned with national objectives, leveraging consultative B2B engagement to onboard new partners and enhance market penetration.
  2. Present the company's capabilities across Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance to senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
  3. Monitor and optimize performance of existing alliances, identifying opportunities for innovation in partnership models.
  4. Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, and expertise in strategic partnerships, sales, and business development. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
