We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partnership Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of complex and/or strategic partnership accounts.

Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, or rural banking.

A minimum of seven years' experience in managing MFI partnerships and large loan portfolios is required.

Demonstrated experience in strategic account management, business development, or credit product innovation is also essential.
