Job Role: Sr. Relationship Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our relationship management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Support: Collaborate with partners to register claims on behalf of customers, ensuring timely approvals and seamless execution.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Engage with internal teams to drive productivity, policy issuance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Issue Resolution: Provide support for cancellation requests, policy endorsements, and track such requests in coordination with internal ops team.
  • Service Orientation: Schedule meetings with banking clients, brief them on BAGIC products, and identify lucrative product fitment from the portfolio.
  • New Acquisition Banking Partners: Drive campaigns to drive sales in profitable segments, assist banking partners in pitching products to crucial customers, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Analyze customer segmentation, sales trends, and demographics to assess business potential. Conduct trainings at branches around regulatory guidelines and products.

  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to analyze market information, identify best product fitment, and assess profitability & viability assessment of partnership.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving sales, resolving operational issues, and delivering desired productivity.
