Job Title: Senior Project Lead

Are you a seasoned project manager with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders? Do you have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams?

As a Senior Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects from initiation to closure. You will develop and manage project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure that projects are executed in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and control project costs, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
