Key Role in Government Partnerships

We are seeking a talented professional to play a key role in driving engagement at the state level. As an Assistant Program Director for Government Partnerships, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with government officials and fostering partnerships to secure buy-in for projects aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bild strong relations with government officers and foster partnerships with government officials and other stakeholders to secure support for initiatives aligned with our mission.
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop data-driven strategies to solve identified problems.
  • Oversee the implementation of qualitative research as required.
  • End-to-end project management of piloting solutions at the field level.
  • Draft high-quality written documents and presentations to synthesize findings.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in economics, public policy, or related fields.
  • At least six years of overall work experience with social sector organizations, multilaterals, or governments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience formulating data-driven hypotheses around complex problems and ideating practical solutions grounded in clear evidence.
  • Ability to build and manage relations with government stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Proficient at data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experienced in developing compelling narratives and memos.
