Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an School Partnerships Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with schools, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position that requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be working closely with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with schools, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
  • You will also be responsible for managing existing accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the education industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally when required.
