Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to lead our partner ecosystem development in the Education sector in India, with a focus on the K-12 segment.
This high-visibility role is critical in driving the acquisition engine and engagement of our products in the education market. It requires the ability to independently evaluate potential partners and channels from a product-fit perspective to ensure effective delivery of penetration and engagement for relevant products.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
- Experience working in the education sector and with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, ICT players, Labs, and Hardware Suppliers is essential.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
