Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities).
  • Conduct informative presentations and product demos showcasing TopWorker's solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the education market.
  • Generate qualified leads and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development or a relevant sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector and current trends in EdTech.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
