This is a contract role for a Business Development & Sales Manager. Located in Lucknow, this is a full time on-site role. Responsibilities include driving sales and business development activities, identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. The manager will also be responsible for market research, analyzing industry trends, and creating reports to track sales performance and progress.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in driving sales and identifying new business opportunities
- Strategic Planning and Market Research abilities to develop sales strategies and analyze industry trends
- Strong Customer Relationship Management skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for successful interactions with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's (BBA) or Master's (MBA) degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or education sector is a plus
