We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, banks, and distributors in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and selling to corporate clients, banks, and distributors
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, Finance/Treasury heads, and Branch managers
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activity
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to pursue them
Requirements:
