
Strategic Sales Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
This involves creating and executing sales campaigns that align with the company's overall business objectives, as well as establishing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and communication with potential clients.
In addition, the individual will conduct thorough market analysis and forecasting, presenting findings to senior management to inform business decisions.
A key aspect of this role is formulating and executing the business sales and marketing strategy, as well as managing a team of sales professionals to optimize their performance and provide guidance as needed.
To be successful in this position, the candidate must have 2-8 years of experience in sales or business development, and hold a Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma.
Industry expertise in insurance/claims is highly desirable, as is proficiency in relevant software applications and technology platforms.
