We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive growth and lead business development strategies across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating new business opportunities, building key influencer relationships, and driving sales revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Networking:
- Generate new business opportunities by meeting with industry professionals and thought leaders.
- Build and maintain a network of key influencers across the industry.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet client acquisition and activation targets in assigned regions.
- Ensure sales goals are met across all product categories.
- Specification & Conversion:
- Drive product specifications and secure project approvals.
- Contribute market insights to strategic business planning.
- Customer & Channel Development:
- Expand and retain customer base in collaboration with the sales team.
- Foster long-term relationships with key customers.
- Strategic Revenue Growth:
- Generate high-value revenue through engagement with leading builders and architects.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in product management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage product portfolios and collaborate across functions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics is a plus.
