
Senior Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity in India's fast-growing pension industry.
The role involves client acquisition, account management, project execution, and promoting NPS. You will be directly contributing to expanding NPS adoption by working with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets & expand customer base
- Promote NPS solutions to corporate and retail clients
- Generate new business leads through referrals, networking, and market outreach
- Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs)
- Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation
- Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
- Provide exceptional client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing
Candidates should have strong communication & presentation skills, networking, negotiation, and client engagement skills, ability to work independently & achieve targets, flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs.
