Job Title: Senior Manager – Training

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Training to lead the training and development function in our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of progressive experience in training roles, including at least 2 years at the senior manager level, with a deep understanding of BPO processes, quality standards, and people development strategies. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to deliver high-impact training solutions across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end training strategies for new hires, upskilling, and process transitions across voice, non-voice, and blended BPO operations.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of training managers, trainers, and content developers.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with operations and quality teams.
  • Drive consistent performance improvement through targeted training interventions.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of induction programs, soft skills training, process training, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Ensure training effectiveness through regular assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with clients, operations, and HR to align training programs with business goals.
  • Maintain training compliance with client and regulatory standards.
  • Implement digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and blended learning solutions.
  • Manage training budgets and vendor relationships effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
