**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the entire bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
- Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and create impactful proposals.
- Develop effective strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, showcasing our in-house model benefits, AI capabilities, and creative solutions.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Implement AI in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
- Create engaging case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
- Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
