Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying and following up on leads, managing accounts, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The candidate will actively participate in strategic planning to expand the company's market reach and foster relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business growth
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
  • Account Management skills to maintain and develop client relationships
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
