As a business development manager, you will play a pivotal role in forging strong connections with key clients. Your primary focus will be on penetrating new markets and expanding existing relationships through various products such as current accounts, term deposits, transaction banking, trade finance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to onboard new customers and nurture existing relationships
  • Built trust and confidence with c-suite executives and other key decision-makers in target segments
  • Continuously increase the revenue base and profitability of assigned portfolios
  • Understand client business models, market trends, and financial dynamics to identify opportunities and grow client relationships
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferably an MBA or CA degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in the local market, preferably with a background in sales or marketing
  • Business acumen is required to develop strategic solutions for clients
Qualifications:
  • Ability to stay informed about market developments and competitor activity

  • Maintain high-caliber client service standards
