We are seeking a seasoned Upwork Bidding & Business Development Manager to lead our team and drive growth.

Job Description

This role involves defining strategies, optimizing proposals, selecting high-value projects, mentoring the team, and driving higher conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven Upwork experience, a strong track record of closing high-value projects, and expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven Upwork bidding experience
  • Experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members)
  • Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates
  • Expertise in software development services (Mobile, Web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.)
