Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lucknow. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing sales activities. The role also requires market analysis, competitor analysis, and collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales skills
  • Experience in Market Analysis and Competitor Analysis
  • Skills in Client Relationship Management and Networking
  • Understanding of Strategic Planning and Growth Strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • 3+ Years of Experience in the FMCG or food industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
