Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lucknow. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and partners, and driving sales growth. The role includes conducting market research, creating business strategies, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the marketing team to promote services. The Business Development Manager will also prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
