Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Lucknow. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships. The role includes market analysis, developing business strategies, overseeing the sales process, and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis and Research
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Understanding of the renewable energy industry is a plus
