- Create marketing plan for the given area of operation to generate students walk in and admission into the institute operating in the given area.
- Execute all the agreed marketing activities individually and also with the team members as and when planned.
- Train the institute employee about the role they need to play during the marketing activities being planned and executed, and thereafter especially marketing and counseling.
- Maintain detailed record of each activity planned and executed, to share results and learning with the management on periodic basis.
- Submit timely reports to the management on the competition activities in specified formats.
- Execute/facilitate execution of all activities mandated by management necessary for the growth of business in the given area of operation.
- Achieve admission targets given by the management in the given area of operation , in specified time frame.
- Make business associates in the given area of operation for recurring business.
- Deliver effective seminars/workshops in school/college/other area as per the marketing and business development plan.
- Data Calling as and when required to ensure good number of walk ins to achieve targets.
- Maintain healthy relationships with up line and down line in department , and with franchisee team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
