About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Business Development Manager (IT Sales)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, business development, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client partnerships, and expanding our business in global and domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in IT services and solutions (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Gaming, etc.).
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue leads through platforms such as
    LinkedIn, Upwork, networking, and direct outreach
    .
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling
    business presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
    .
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Consistently meet and exceed
    sales targets and revenue goals
    .
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and CRM updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5+ years of experience in IT sales / business development
    (B2B IT services preferred).
  • Proven success in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and the sales cycle.
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    .
  • Experience in handling
    international clients
    (US, UK, APAC, or Middle East markets preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
