We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves building strong relationships with influencers and content creators, managing collaborations and driving impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and engage with relevant influencers and content creators for long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Negotiate campaign deliverables, timelines and budgets with influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (social media, content, design) for campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to ensure return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer trends, industry best practices and competitor activities.
  • Maintain a database of influencers and partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or social media.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for social media trends and influencer culture.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with influencer marketing tools is an asset.
