This is a role that requires an individual to provide strategic support for all human resource activities within an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Coordinate, negotiate, and liaise with employment and advertising agencies on service fees, advertisement recruitment, and interview schedules. Conduct interviews up to senior executive levels, arrange interviews for management levels, prepare letters of offer and rejection, and conduct primary source verification.
  • Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate with external consultants on training needs and arrange training schedules. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback from employees.
  • Welfare: Address employee grievances and complaints, provide guidance as needed, and promote staff welfare programs. Organize corporate events and implement staff welfare initiatives.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate records and filing systems for insurance policies, HR handbooks, company doctors' lists, performance appraisal forms, and training schedules. Assist in preparing annual headcount reports and updating the organization chart.
  • Human Resource Management: Involve in yearly manpower planning and expansion. Take charge of HR consultancy projects by appointing HR consultants and coordinating with department heads and HR consultants on respective projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum three to five years of experience in human resource management.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Dubai Health Authority regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
