At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about HR and wants to make a real difference in the workplace.
As an Assistant Manager – Human Resources, you will play a key role in supporting the daily activities of the Human Resource Office. You will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, total compensation, training and development, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can build strong relationships with employees at all levels. Your ability to think critically and strategically will help you to develop and implement effective HR solutions that meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in managing recruitment and hiring processes
- Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related field preferred
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in human resources, business administration, or related major; no work experience required
