Job Overview:

As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in driving HR operations at the regional level.

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identify top talent through various sourcing channels, including campus recruitment, job drives, employee exchanges, and lateral hiring. Screen candidate profiles to ensure fitment with the role and initiate interviews with hiring managers.
  2. Negotiation and Offer Management: Negotiate salary offers with candidates and ensure timely issue of offer letters to maximize join rates.
  3. Competitor Analysis and Attrition Management: Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and maintain attrition levels below 5%.
  4. HR Operations and Grievance Resolution: Oversee daily HR operations at the regional level, resolve grievances, and maintain effective working relationships with teams, peers, seniors management, and business stakeholders.
  5. Employee Engagement and Movement: Ensure employee engagement activities are conducted regularly and coordinate the movement of promoted employees to their respective branches.
  6. Attendance Management and Exit Interviews: Monitor attendance and conduct exit interviews to track performance scorecard completion and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A degree in Human Resource or a relevant field is desired.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
