Job Title: Human Resources Manager

The primary role of a Human Resources Manager is to oversee the overall human resource strategy and operations of an organization. This involves managing the workforce, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment:
    • Coordinates the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
    • Negotiates and liaises with employment agencies and external consultants as needed.
    • Prepares and sends out offer letters to selected candidates and rejection letters to unsuccessful applicants.
  • Training:
    • Develops and implements training programs for employees, including orientation, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
    • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Welfare:
    • Maintains a positive and respectful work environment by addressing employee grievances and complaints in a timely and fair manner.
    • Organizes corporate events and activities that promote teamwork and camaraderie among employees.
  • HR Administration:
    • Manages HR records, including employee files, performance evaluations, and benefits information.
    • Assists with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Human Resource Management:
    • Develops and implements HR strategies to support business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
    • Collaborates with department heads and other stakeholders to identify HR needs and develop solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make recommendations, knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and proficiency in HR software and systems.
