Job Description

Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team management, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and sales management
  • 5+ years of experience in selling and managing E-Governance solutions
  • Experience in creating and managing channel sales
  • Experience in working with banks as a channel partner
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel extensively
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
