Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Senior: 10-12 years of sales experience, with minimum 5 years in regional or zonal level, preferably from rice / parboiling industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills.
