Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate high-quality leads and build a strong field team.

2. Utilize sales and distribution skills to achieve targets.

3. Manage larger teams on the ground and demonstrate strong work ethic and communication skills.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/business development.

2. Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales Manager.

3. Ability to manage a team of 10-15 TSMs in various locations.

4. Strong drive for results and ability to demonstrate success relative to established targets and metrics.
