We Are Looking for a Zonal Sales Manager
SabPaisa is a rapidly advancing fintech company dedicated to providing simplified payment solutions. As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve overall sales targets.
Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and partners to expand our market share.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest data-driven solutions.
Prepare regular sales forecasts to ensure accurate business planning and decision-making.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with our business objectives.
Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure our sales team is well-equipped to promote them effectively.
Report to the Chief Business Officer (CBO) on sales performance and progress.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in software solution selling with a strong track record of success.
5+ years of experience in selling and managing E-Governance solutions is highly desirable.
Experience in creating and managing channel sales is essential.
Experience in working with banks as a channel partner is highly desirable.
Experience in creating and managing high-performance sales teams is critical.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
