About the Role
Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated territory.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in their assigned territory. This includes establishing a strong distribution footprint, delivering sales targets, and monitoring quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Deliver sales target for all products by executing the distribution strategy, establishing a best-in-class distribution footprint, and supervising promoters.
- Revenue: Achieve zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products, expand retail outlets, and drive distribution KPIs delivery.
- People Management: Manage DSEs, MDs/ADs/SDs, and ensure they adhere to systems and formats, monitor stock holding, and solve problems effectively.
Requirements
- Good communication skills, sales planning and forecasting expertise, product knowledge, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Prior experience with distribution planning and channel implementation, ideally 1-4 years, with a graduation degree as a minimum qualification (post-graduation in business management/MBA preferred).
What We Offer
A competitive estimated salary of ₹850,000 - ₹1,100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within Vodafone Idea Limited.
