We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team in the Toll and Transit sales division.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve FASTag sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the banking and FASTag ecosystem, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve FASTag sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders in the Banking and FASTag ecosystem.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in FASTag technology and regulations, ensuring all stakeholders and partners are well-trained on these.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive results, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Work with Product and tech team to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer-first solutions.
  • Training of larger team and partners on new product features and processes.
  • Data Analysis study to understand the business dynamics and prepare strategies accordingly.
  • Report management.
  • Responsible for assigned business P&L.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of FASTag technology and regulations.
