Our client, a renowned player in the Medical Devices industry, seeks an exceptional sales leader to drive growth and success. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and exceed revenue targets.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand existing customer base and penetrate new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Manage and close new business opportunities from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, driving business growth and profitability.
Requirements and Qualifications

You Will Thrive If:

  • You possess at least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales/account executive role, preferably within the Medical Devices industry.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • You are a strong team player, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • You are highly goal-driven, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.
  • You are a skilled mentor and coach, able to build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.
