Job Description

Hopcharge is a pioneering EV charging solutions provider, aiming to revolutionize the electric vehicle ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Partnership Leader to drive revenue growth and build our sales function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • End-to-End Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our doorstep EV charging solutions.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Strategic Sales: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
Requirements
  • Proven Success: Proven success in closing high-ticket B2B sales and partnerships, with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven financial acumen with strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to customize solutions as per the client's need.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational, team, and time management abilities.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
