Sales Team Leader

We're seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our team at Taboola, the world's leading content discovery platform.
As an Optimise Account Management Team Leader, you will own a large portfolio of existing global accounts and prioritize ways to grow their revenue. You'll use data and excellent communication skills to explain the value proposition of these optimisations, and with 800 clients in your portfolio, you'll know how to manage your time effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn the ins-and-outs of the sales process and be part of the team's success story.
Key Responsibilities:- Expertise in achieving success with Taboola's product offering for small and medium-sized publisher partners
- Data analysis and comprehensive dashboard reports
- Upsell opportunities using data and analytical mindset
- Guidance and strategies for direct reports to achieve goals
- Consultative skills with publisher partners via video conferencing and phone
- Pitching upsell opportunities and assisting direct reports in closing them
- Owning team's quarterly revenue and activity targets
- Coordinating and managing a team for efficient workflow and set goals
With over 1B unique visitors each month, we're looking for someone with exceptional business-level English communication, client handling experience, data analytics skills, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year is offered, depending on experience, to support your growth and success.
